With the aim of being ‘genuinely sustainable,’ Tenute Navarra achieves the important SI Rating certification.
“We work every day with the goal of achieving high sustainability standards – states Mattia Piampiano, Business Developer at Tenute Navarra – every activity is carried out functionally and synergistically among all company components to meet the sustainable development goals set by the UN. Being sustainable in environmental terms, governance, and at a social level is a very ambitious challenge for us. We are aware that companies like ours have a strong connection with nature and with the territory that ‘hosts’ us, with all its social, institutional, and economic components. For this reason, every detail is meticulously managed to ensure that sustainability is a central aspect of our working life ”.
What is SI Rating?
Sustainability Impact Rating (SI Rating) is the proprietary tool, conceived and designed by ARB S.B.P.A., which supports organizations in the process of evaluating their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) sustainability.
It uses an algorithm based on international guidelines and standards such as the SASB Materiality Map® (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), ISO certifications related to sustainability topics, industry best practices, and European directives and regulations.
The tool is designed to support organizations in measuring, monitoring, and communicating their sustainability performance and the alignment of their activities with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
It is a strategic tool that objectively supports organizations in understanding the ESG risks and opportunities associated with business activities and in integrating these factors into their industrial development plan.
“Tenute Navarra is an example of how sustainability has accompanied its entire journey from the beginning, from project study to its realization – declares Ada Balzan, Vice President and CEO of ARB. SI Rating is the tool that provides practical and operational guidance to a company like Tenute Navarra, which also aims to establish itself as a model of sustainability excellence”.
