On June 23, the Wines of Sicilia DOC Tasting was held in London, an initiative organized by the Consorzio di Tutela Vini DOC Sicilia in collaboration with the trade publication The Drinks Business.
The Walk Around Tasting dedicated to the meeting between Sicilian companies and British buyers, which we had the honor of joining, saw the participation of buyers, importers, managers, sommeliers, and industry journalists.
At the Tenute Navarra stand, guests had the pleasure of tasting Battichiè, the Nero d’Avola DOC Sicilia Riserva del Fondatore Totò Navarra.
On June 25, directly from London, we flew to the Costa Smeralda, to “In Vino Veritas” — a prestigious Wine Shop and Wine Bar in Porto Cervo — where we organized an exclusive tasting event for our flagship wine Battichiè, and more.
In fact, Sofien, Bianco Terre Siciliane IGP, the first white wine produced by Tenute Navarra, was presented to the public for the first time. Born from a blend of two very important grape varieties, the indigenous Grillo and the international Chardonnay, Sofien is the pure expression of youth.
