After months of work in the vineyard<\/b> and the cellar<\/b>, we can proudly<\/b> say that this vintage has perfectly met our expectations: ideal climatic conditions<\/b>, with a mild spring<\/b> and a warm yet breezy summer<\/b>, allowed us to harvest healthy, ripe<\/b>, and perfectly balanced clusters<\/b>, promising wines with an authentic<\/b> and vibrant<\/b> character. The first musts<\/b> have already amazed us with their intense aromas<\/b> and brilliant colors<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Our whites<\/b>, particularly the Chardonnay<\/b>\u2014hand-harvested at dawn to preserve all its freshness<\/b>\u2014and the Grillo<\/b>, which will also be featured as a sparkling wine<\/b>, show a tension<\/b> and expressive purity<\/b> that make us very confident.<\/p>\n
The reds<\/b>, from Frappato<\/b> to Nero d\u2019Avola<\/b>, tell stories of complexity and dynamism<\/b>: elegance<\/b>, soft tannins<\/b>, and lively acidity<\/b> are the elements that define our contemporary<\/b> interpretation of these varieties.<\/p>\n
At the center of it all, the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG<\/b>, produced exclusively in stainless steel<\/b> to preserve its purity<\/b> and freshness<\/b>, confirms its role as our flagship, with a perfect balance between structure<\/b> and agility<\/b> that best expresses our territory<\/b>.<\/p>\n
