This two-day event dedicated to Italian sparkling wine is an unmissable opportunity to present this year&#8217;s novelty: Rosemosse, a sparkling wine made from Frappato grapes, hand-harvested in the last ten days of August and vinified using the Charmat\/Martinotti method. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bubble&#8217;s \u2013 Spumantitalia 2024 will be an important occasion for meeting, learning, and discussing Italian sparkling wine. Thanks to a packed program of talk shows, it will be possible to address topics related to climate change, the effervescence of wine, the state of the art of emerging Italian sparkling wine regions, and the future of sparkling wine in Sicily. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be present with Rosemosse, which will participate in the masterclass \u201cThe Fruit in Sicily&#8217;s Glass.\u201d <strong>Rosemosse<\/strong> \u2013 the first sparkling wine produced by the Butera-based company, vinified with the Charmat\/Martinotti method, which preserves the fruity and delicate notes typical of this grape variety \u2013 originates from a careful selection of our Frappato grapes, hand-harvested in the last ten days of August. To mark the launch of this new wine, we have included a special gift: rose-shaped pins crafted using the crochet technique by a Catania-based designer, Billonia, who, at just eighteen, has embraced and reinterpreted the art of crochet in a contemporary key. This art form has become increasingly trendy in recent years, especially among young people, so much so that the Bicocca University of Milan has opened a crochet workshop aimed at discovering and valuing ancient crafts, interpreted as a kind of \u201cknitting therapy\u201d capable of relaxing the body and mind, much like the meditative component associated with wine tasting, which relaxes and simultaneously reactivates the senses. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abWe are delighted to return to Milan after only a few weeks \u2013 states <strong>Tot\u00f2 Navarra Junior<\/strong>, administrator of Tenute Navarra \u2013 to participate in such specialized sectoral events as Bubble&#8217;s \u2013 Spumantitalia 2024. On this occasion, we will present and introduce one of this year&#8217;s two novelties, which we launched at Vinitaly and which has so far been well-received by industry professionals and the public.
