On August 21st, World Entrepreneur’s Day – World Entrepreneurs Day – is celebrated globally. We, the Management Team of Tenute Navarra, can only turn our gaze and capture every nuance of his life, towards the one who, with his enlightened, courageous, and far-sighted choices, has always been an entrepreneur: Totò Navarra.
A story that begins in childhood when, at ten years old, he was already working in the fields of his native Mussomeli, continuing in 1969 with the decision to move to England and establish a gardening and landscaping business. A unique story marked by a choice of love for his homeland, that of returning to Sicily and trying his hand.

Upon his return, he founded and grew a cleaning and facility management company that characterized the corporate history of the Sicilian economic fabric and soon achieved national recognition. His great love for the land and his first passion in life materialized with the birth of Tenute Navarra.
The focus of his entire life? Family as a core value, at the center of life.
No decision is made without consulting loved ones. Wife, children, and grandchildren are always at the heart of business projects and actively involved in every activity.
A value passed down through the Navarra Family, which today, more than ever, drives the growth of Tenute Navarra.
An expression of generational “continuity” between grandfather and grandson, with three generations actively involved in the company project.
Totò Navarra Junior alongside his father and grandfather. All are dedicated daily to tending the fields, overseeing cultivation and structural growth, and working in the office to ensure dynamic and innovative corporate organization.
It is not merely a transfer of information and work methods, but a continuous exchange and constant mutual growth.
